Morning — Pickup and Journey to Paradise Cave
Pickup is scheduled for approximately 7:45 AM in Dong Hoi or 8:45 AM in Phong Nha. Your exact pickup time and meeting point will be confirmed before departure. Along the way, enjoy views of limestone mountains and the surrounding countryside.
Before setting off, your pickup time and location will be confirmed. Travellers departing from Dong Hoi should allow for a longer transfer than those already staying in Phong Nha.
Morning — Explore Paradise Cave
Arrive at Paradise Cave and make your way towards the entrance. The approach involves walking and changes in elevation, so wear comfortable shoes and take your time.
Inside, follow the designated sightseeing route through a landscape of limestone formations. Look closely at the different shapes, textures and layers, with time to pause and take photographs.
This itinerary covers the standard visitor experience. Longer adventure routes are separate programmes.
Midday — Lunch Break
Take a break between the two cave visits, with time to rest and enjoy lunch before continuing to Phong Nha.

Afternoon — Son River Boat Trip to Phong Nha Cave
Continue to the Phong Nha boat departure area and board your assigned boat.

Inside Phong Nha Cave, explore the standard sightseeing route and enjoy a different underground atmosphere from the morning’s visit.
Late Afternoon — Return Journey
Return to the boat departure area and continue to your agreed drop-off point.
If you have a flight, train or bus to catch that evening, share the departure details before booking. The itinerary must allow enough time for your onward journey.
