10 / YOUR QUESTIONS

Before you set off.

No. They are separate attractions. The classic Phong Nha Cave visit involves a boat journey; Paradise Cave has a walking visitor route.

You can plan a visit via the tourism boat station. Confirm tickets, boats and opening conditions in advance. A tour can help arrange transport and an itinerary.

Ask for an itemised total before purchasing. Boat charges and cave admission should be checked separately, including any sharing arrangement.

Choose a realistic combination based on travel time, walking requirements and opening conditions. Ask for a proposed itinerary before booking.

Access can be affected by river and weather conditions. Confirm whether your route is operating and ask your operator about rescheduling terms.
